Entered hospitality sector by constructing Hotel Sai Leela, Sai Baba guest house and so on.
2009
Completed iconic Star Zone commercial complex in Nasik Road, admeasuring around 2,50,000 sq. ft. This project also houses the first ever Passport office of North Maharashtra.
2013
Constructed luxurious Hotel Shalimar Inn, Hotel Panchvati Pride, The Square, first eye Hospital in Panchavati Anand Sankul premises.

Associated with Tata’s IHCL to construct the first ever Hotel Vivanta in Nashik
